ServiceNow Domain Architect

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Domain Architect to join a leading technology organization in the UAE. The role will drive the design and governance of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise, ensuring they are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture standards, reference architectures, patterns and governance frameworks.
• Define standards for workflows, integrations, CMDB, CSDM, security, automation and applications.
• Review high‑level and low‑level designs, integration specifications, data models and customizations.
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams, ensuring scalability, security and upgradeability.
• Identify technical debt, risks and excessive customizations and propose remediation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of technology experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in government, regulated‑sector or large‑enterprise environments is an advantage.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
