About the role
The school is seeking a dedicated Shadow Teacher to support learners with autism and special needs. The role requires strong Arabic language skills and the ability to work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams in a diverse educational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support individualized and classroom‑based learning through effective lesson planning and teaching.
- Collaborate with learners, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement appropriate strategies.
Required profile
- Relevant experience working with children or learners with autism or special educational needs.
- Fluency in Arabic and good proficiency in English.
- Formal education in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a learner‑centered approach.
Required skills
- Lesson planning and teaching strategies for autism.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
