About the role

Rahaf & Ali Trading LLC is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive to join its Dubai showroom team. The role involves greeting customers, delivering an excellent buying experience, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally, understand their needs, and present products with features and benefits.
  • Close sales, issue invoices, arrange deliveries, and meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain showroom tidiness, merchandise displays, and monitor product availability.
  • Coordinate restocking with the warehouse and record customer details for follow‑up.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns according to company policy.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) and at least 1 year of retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Fluent spoken Arabic and English.
  • Currently residing in the UAE with availability for shifts and weekends.

Required skills

  • Experience with POS systems (preferred).

What we offer

  • Basic salary plus sales commission.
