About the role
Careers International is hiring a Shuttering Carpenter Foreman in Dubai within civil construction. The foreman coordinates tasks according to priorities and plans, produces schedules and monitors crew attendance, and supervises and trains workers and tradespeople.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints and drawings
- Construct formwork structures using wood, plywood, steel or other materials
- Accurately measure and cut materials to specified dimensions
- Ensure formwork is secure, level and properly aligned
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the construction sector as a shuttering carpenter foreman
- Technical knowledge and ability to manage 10+ carpenters
- UAE or Gulf experience as a foreman
