About the programme
The SINYAR Explorer Programme is the UAE's first flexible, paid insurance exploration programme, designed for ambitious Emirati talent. It combines structured learning with practical workplace experience so participants can build the skills, confidence and professional network needed to start a career in insurance.

Programme details
- Duration: 6 months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
- Two shift options: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm and 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
- Location: Orient Insurance building, Dubai Festival City
Eligibility
- High school graduate (not currently enrolled at university)
- Diploma student
- University student
- Fresh graduate (not currently employed)
