SIRA‑Qualified Security Guard – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a professional, SIRA‑qualified Security Guard to join Green Shadow Group of Companies in Dubai. The role involves maintaining a safe environment for clients, employees and visitors across our sites. You will work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring continuous protection.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to deter and detect security breaches.
• Verify identification of visitors and manage access control points.
• Report incidents promptly and maintain accurate logs.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and company security policies.

Required profile

• Valid SIRA Security Guard Certificate (mandatory).
• Previous experience as a security guard in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to start immediately and work flexible shifts.
