Site Architect

About the role

10 Design, part of the Egis Group, is seeking a Site Architect to ensure architectural integrity and compliance across its projects. The role involves rigorous review of construction documents, coordination among disciplines, and mentorship of the design team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor architectural submissions to guarantee adherence to project specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior architects, fostering professional development.
• Coordinate with façade, landscape, interior design, and external area teams to integrate all architectural elements.
• Implement and oversee the Assurance system in line with industry best practices.
• Conduct QA/QC of current IFC packages, identifying discrepancies, scope gaps, and missing details.
• Ensure completeness and compliance of plans, elevations, sections, and details with project requirements.
• Verify that all front‑of‑house, common, back‑of‑house, and service areas meet finish and detailing standards.

Required profile

• Architectural degree with solid experience in construction document review.
• Proven ability to conduct QA/QC on IFC packages and architectural specifications.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple design disciplines.
• Leadership experience in guiding project teams.
