Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Site Architect to join a leading engineering consultancy. The role focuses on supervising architectural works on large‑scale healthcare projects and ensuring design intent is met throughout construction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site implementation of architectural works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock‑ups and method statements submitted by contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, code compliance and adherence to design intent.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other disciplines to resolve design and construction issues.
• Manage architectural RFIs, NCRs and technical queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare site reports, snag lists, progress updates and quality assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, including site supervision of large‑scale projects.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital or institutional projects is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of local and international building codes and construction standards.
• Registration with a recognized architectural authority is an advantage.
