Site Civil Engineer - Villa Construction

About the role

This position is for a Site Civil Engineer working on residential villa construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate has handled projects from mobilization and site preparation through to final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Civil Engineer in construction
• Proven experience in residential villa construction, preferably from mobilization and site preparation to handover
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations and authority requirements
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Valid UAE driving licence; UAE/GCC villa construction experience preferred

Required skills

• Supervising subcontractors and site workers so that work follows approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Reading and interpreting architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Monitoring site progress, quality, manpower and materials and preparing basic site reports
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, safety requirements and construction practices
