Site Engineer - Civil Infrastructure

About the role

aasa is hiring a Site Engineer for civil infrastructure works. The role covers supervising and executing civil works such as earthworks, roadworks, drainage and sewerage, coordinating with QA/QC, planning and survey teams, and keeping the site on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Execute civil and infrastructure works according to approved drawings and specifications
• Supervise earthworks, roadworks, drainage, sewerage and utility installation
• Set out site works in line with survey data and drawings
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections (WIR, MIR, IR) and approvals
• Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule
• Coordinate with planning, survey and subcontract teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements
• Review method statements and resolve technical site issues, escalating critical ones to senior engineers
• Maintain site documentation and help prepare as-built drawings
• Ensure proper material usage and support testing, commissioning and handover

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects
• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience preferred
