Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager (Fit-out)

About the role

Turnkey Renovations is seeking a proactive Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to lead fit‑out projects in Dubai. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and ensure works follow approved drawings.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and clients to meet project schedules.
• Monitor timelines, track material deliveries and manage site logistics.
• Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies and communicate issues.
• Conduct quality checks on finishing works and resolve snags promptly.
• Assist with project scheduling, progress reporting and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE fit‑out sector.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
