Site Engineer – Roads, Utilities & Structures

About the role

A leading Roads & Infrastructure company in the UAE is seeking experienced Site Engineers to join its expanding portfolio of infrastructure projects. The role involves supervising construction activities across roads, utilities and structural works, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor construction progress, enforce quality and safety standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, method statements and other technical documentation.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues and provide engineering support.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong UAE experience on roads and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of construction activities, site supervision and project specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.
