Site Manager – Construction Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead daily construction activities, coordinate teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, allocate labour, equipment and materials.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers and consultants.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and work plans.
• Monitor progress against milestones, manage site costs and productivity.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, quality and safety compliance.
• Implement health‑and‑safety procedures, risk assessments and emergency plans.
• Manage deliveries, material storage, equipment deployment and logistics.
• Handle defects, non‑conformances, variations and technical issues.
• Prepare daily reports, site diaries and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Proven experience managing construction sites in infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permits and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
