About the role
Careers International is hiring a Site Supervisor in Dubai for civil and painting works. The post covers day-to-day supervision of the site, allocation of work to labour and quality control of finishes.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of civil and painting works
- Allocate work to labour and ensure proper surface preparation and finish
- Monitor material use and request timely supplies
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain attendance records
Required profile
- Diploma or ITI in civil or painting works
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience
- Experience in wall finishing, emulsion, epoxy and decorative paints
- Strong team coordination and ability to handle multiple sites
- Middle East experience is a must
