Site Supervisor – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

The client is an established interior design and fit‑out company in Dubai seeking a motivated Site Supervisor with a civil engineering background to oversee interior fit‑out, finishing and renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit‑out, finishing and renovation works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and site workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Read, interpret and execute architectural, interior design, MEP and shop drawings.
• Monitor progress against approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Maintain quality standards, safety procedures and construction standards.
• Identify site risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage site resources, workforce allocation and daily work schedules.
• Report progress, issues and material requirements to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or interior fit‑out projects.
• Practical experience in interior fit‑out, finishing and renovation works.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Immediate availability or able to join within 30 days.
• Effective communication in Hindi.

Required skills

• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior design, MEP and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good time‑management and risk‑management capabilities.
