Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead commercial interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for commercial interior fit‑out projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and timelines.
• Supervise on‑site workforce, subcontractors and vendors, monitoring adherence to project requirements.
• Track project progress, work schedules and tasks, providing daily updates to senior management.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals and sign‑offs with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools and equipment to avoid execution delays.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement to guarantee on‑time delivery of resources.
• Maintain workmanship quality, site safety, cleanliness and accurate production quantities.
• Assist vendor coordination, assign work after quotations and approvals.
• Participate in site and project meetings, present progress updates and address blockers.
• Handle site escalations according to the escalation matrix and obtain necessary approvals.
• Resolve and manage snag work to achieve closure within stipulated timelines.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of UAE market experience in site supervision or execution of commercial interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven background in commercial interiors, fit‑out or turnkey construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site drawings, measurements, material coordination and execution sequencing.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, vendors and logistics teams.
• Ability to manage daily site operations while meeting quality, safety and timeline requirements.
• Experience in tracking progress and providing accurate updates to senior management.
