Site Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑focused Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on‑site, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on‑site construction activities.
• Verify that work complies with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, consultants and internal project teams.
• Track project progress, prepare regular site reports and update schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and resolving site‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience on construction projects in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
