Interior Fit-Out & Joinery Site Supervisor/Engineer

About the role

Fatin Home Interior Decoration LLC is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out & Joinery Site Supervisor/Engineer to lead multiple on‑site projects in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position requires coordinating civil, MEP, joinery, procurement and installation teams to deliver high‑end residential, commercial and hospitality fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily site activities across several projects.
• Coordinate all fit‑out works, including civil finishes, joinery installations, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, furniture and MEP services.
• Review drawings, anticipate site challenges and develop practical execution strategies.
• Ensure seamless communication between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Monitor progress, manpower allocation, material requirements and overall site productivity.
• Manage material procurement to guarantee timely availability.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project timelines, resolve issues proactively and prepare progress reports, snag lists and handover documentation.
• Uphold health, safety and quality standards on all sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit‑out and joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out works, joinery manufacturing and installation, MEP coordination and civil finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, joinery and MEP drawings.
• Excellent project planning, site management and labour management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
