Skilled Carpenter – Property Management

About the role

Al Saqer Property Management is seeking a skilled carpenter to join its facilities team. You will work on a variety of residential, commercial and retail projects across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and other locations, supporting the Facilities Engineer in delivering high‑quality construction and maintenance work.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal or other materials using hand and power tools.
• Assemble and install frameworks, cabinets, shelves, doors and other components.
• Install or repair building fixtures such as windows, stairs and mouldings.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other tradespeople to meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time spent on each project.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of carpentry experience in a facilities or property‑maintenance setting.
• Vocational certification or apprenticeship in carpentry.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and perform manual tasks.
