Social & Digital Producer

About the role

A tech company building robots, a live intelligence platform for cities, holographic race experiences and an AI agent is hiring a Social & Digital Producer in Abu Dhabi. The brand is still being shaped, so the person joining will define what the world learns about it first. The role is hands-on and operational, with no clock-ins or timesheets.

Key responsibilities

• Social: run up to three brand accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube, prepare assets, schedule posts across time zones, manage paid boosts and flag comments or messages needing a human response.
• Website: keep the CMS fresh, links working and job postings current, improve SEO (including how the site appears in AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity), connect web analytics to social and run quarterly audits.
• Coordination: manage content calendars and deadlines, work with international agencies and vendors on merch and giveaways, and keep OneDrive and Notion tidy.
• Reporting: turn the numbers into monthly reports with clear recommendations on timing, formats and audience.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years in digital marketing or social media operations.
• Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on major social platforms.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple timelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfort with OneDrive, Notion or similar, and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
• Bonus points: Google Analytics, Search Console or Meta Business Suite, experience with international vendors, basic HTML or web troubleshooting, curiosity about AI tools.

The company is not looking for someone who prefers setting creative strategy and leaving execution to others, nor for a fully remote or strict 9-to-5 setup.
