About the role
Division50 is a fast‑growing digital‑marketing partner that creates short‑form video, static graphics and multi‑platform posts for brands. We are looking for a Social Media Associate who can produce engaging content that actually reaches audiences, not just schedule posts.
Key responsibilities
- Produce short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok) and static posts for client accounts.
- Write compelling hooks and captions, follow trends and schedule content across platforms.
- Monitor reach, engagement and follower growth, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Required profile
- Proven track record of creating content that generated measurable audience growth (views, followers, engagement).
- Currently active in content creation.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Video shooting and editing for short‑form formats.
- Social media analytics and performance tracking.
