Social Media Community Manager – ORM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on monitoring digital conversations, analysing sentiment, and protecting the brand’s reputation across social media and online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor online conversations, social media platforms, forums, and news outlets to identify brand mentions and emerging issues.
• Analyse public sentiment and produce daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports.
• Escalate potential reputation risks and recommend appropriate response strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Track trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain ORM dashboards and monitor key performance metrics.
• Support crisis communication efforts with real‑time monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure all responses align with brand guidelines and communication policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media, or Digital Communications.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi.

• Proficiency with social listening and monitoring tools.
