Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to own the digital presence of four brands within our group. Based in Dubai Sports City, you will travel across our Dubai locations to produce and publish engaging visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategy for all four brands
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Create Reels, videos, stories, posts and digital campaigns
• Travel to locations to photograph and film short‑form video content
• Write captions and craft on‑brand messaging
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Plan and run paid digital advertising campaigns
• Drive brand awareness, engagement, enquiries and lead generation
• Monitor analytics and optimise campaign performance
• Maintain a distinct identity for each brand while overseeing the entire digital marketing function

Required profile

• Creative, organised and commercially minded
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable both behind the strategy and behind the camera
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and content opportunities
