Social Media Expert & Partnerships Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Mom's Pure Milk is a HealthTech R&D facility that freeze-dries and preserves mothers' own breast milk, returning each sample only to its donor. It is looking for a full-time, hybrid Social Media Expert & Partnerships Executive in Dubai Healthcare City. The role owns the social presence and turns it into customers and partnerships, with Instagram as the core channel today.

Key responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar, publishing and community management across platforms, using approved templates and messaging
• Open and test additional social platforms and non-social channels such as partnerships, search and events
• Identify and contact hospitals, clinics, lactation and maternity providers and companies, prepare materials and book meetings with the founders
• Answer messages and enquiries from social media and partners, qualify them and hand booked customers to the Production Pharmacist with complete details
• Log every lead and its source, and track how each new customer found the company
• Produce a monthly report on leads, customers and cost per customer by channel
• Ensure all content is approved before posting, with no medical or health claims and only documented consent for customer stories and images

Required profile

• At least 2 years managing social media for a brand with measurable growth results, with portfolio links
• Experience on Instagram plus at least two of TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn or Snapchat
• Strong content creation: short-form video, graphics and copywriting
• Outreach and follow-up with partners; B2B experience preferred
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
• Discretion with customer data and willingness to work within strict claims rules
• Preferred: health, maternal, baby or wellness experience; paid advertising; CRM familiarity
