Social Media & Graphic Design Executive

About the role

The Social Media & Graphic Design Executive will bring the InterContinental Fujairah Resort brand to life through engaging digital content and creative design. Working on‑site, you will drive online visibility, guest interaction and brand storytelling while ensuring all content meets the InterContinental brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update all hotel social media platforms with brand‑aligned content.
• Develop content calendars and execute campaigns promoting rooms, F&B, spa, recreation and events.
• Design marketing materials such as menus, flyers, banners, event collaterals and digital ads.
• Capture and edit high‑quality photos and videos of hotel facilities, events and guest experiences.
• Collaborate with F&B, Spa, Recreation and Events teams to design and promote offers and seasonal campaigns.
• Support Sales with visually appealing presentations, proposals and corporate collaterals.
• Create digital content for websites, newsletters, in‑room TV and guest communications.
• Monitor guest interactions, reviews and messages on social media and ensure timely responses.
