Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the organisation’s social media presence, creating engaging content, fostering online communities, and supporting overall digital communication goals. You will translate brand strategy into compelling posts across multiple platforms while measuring performance to continuously improve reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube following a content calendar.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments, and escalate relevant feedback.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
• Identify trends and opportunities to boost audience engagement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital communications.
• Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics platforms and reporting.
