Social Media Manager

About the role

As the Social Media Manager at SLICIT you will lead the development and execution of a dynamic social‑media strategy that raises brand awareness, engages high‑net‑worth investors and supports the company’s marketing goals. Working in a hybrid model in Dubai, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure a cohesive, brand‑aligned online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social‑media campaigns across all platforms to promote the company’s investment portfolio and events.
• Partner with the Investment Expertise Hub to translate complex investment insights into engaging posts, infographics and stories.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Sales to create content that drives event attendance, lead generation and client engagement.
• Monitor, analyse and report social‑media performance metrics to the Executive Team, linking results to brand visibility and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all social‑media output reflects SLICIT’s expertise and innovation.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with strong strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify technical investment concepts.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with analysts, portfolio managers and sales teams.
• Analytical orientation for interpreting performance data and generating actionable insights.
