Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead Minimalist's social presence across all platforms, shaping strategy, creating content, and driving engagement to support brand growth in the UAE luxury market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quarterly, bi‑annual and annual multi‑channel content calendars aligned with acquisition, engagement and retention goals.
• Design, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat.
• Translate design concepts into social‑ready assets and manage an organized asset library.
• Write copy for social posts and email blasts, schedule and analyse performance metrics.
• Conduct competitor, market and industry research to identify trends and new channel opportunities.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of managerial digital‑marketing experience in a UAE‑based eCommerce or luxury‑goods company.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Outstanding communication and copy‑writing abilities.
