Social Media Manager

About the role

Fasset is looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager to build a vibrant content engine around short‑form video. You will shape the way the brand talks about finance on platforms where millions of users already discuss money, ambition and side‑hustles.

Key responsibilities

• Create repeatable video formats and series that grow audience engagement over time.
• Own day‑to‑day operations of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and LinkedIn, including calendar planning, publishing and performance analysis.
• Write scripts, shoot footage, edit initial cuts and appear on‑camera when the concept calls for it.
• Collaborate with the Audience & Community team, editors and external creators to maximise output.
• Develop a production workflow that operates within the constraints of a regulated financial company.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating content rather than delegating briefs.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering clear, engaging hooks.
• Able to work within compliance guidelines while still producing compelling material.
• Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
