Social Media Manager & Personal Assistant

About the role

RG Group is seeking a dynamic professional to combine social media management with personal assistant duties. You will be responsible for enhancing the company’s digital presence while providing seamless administrative support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow RG Group’s Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content, coordinating with designers, photographers and marketing teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, respond to comments and messages, and stay abreast of social media trends.
• Handle calendars, appointments, meetings, email correspondence and daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations and business documents as needed.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams while maintaining confidential records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and administrative support.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
