Social Media Manager – Remote (GCC Focus)

About the role

Recruitlytics is seeking a Remote Social Media Manager to lead its social presence across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will turn content into a pipeline for brand awareness, inbound leads, and an engaged community of recruiters, HR leaders, founders, and job seekers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly content strategies aligned with lead‑generation and brand‑awareness goals.
• Create and maintain content calendars that reflect GCC hiring cycles, cultural events (Ramadan, Eid), and industry trends.
• Write conversion‑focused copy, especially for LinkedIn, and design visuals such as carousel posts and short motion graphics.
• Produce short‑form video scripts and coordinate freelancers for filming/editing when needed.
• Repurpose existing assets (blogs, webinars) into multiple social formats.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate product updates and client success stories into social‑ready content.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of hands‑on experience in social media management.
• Comfortable working on Gulf time zones and understanding regional business culture.
• Strong storytelling ability with a focus on hooks, CTAs, and community engagement.
