Social Media Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to lead the online presence of Arabnb Holiday Homes in Dubai. The role will own content creation, filming, editing and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as managing the Founder’s personal LinkedIn profile to build thought leadership in hospitality and real‑estate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social‑media content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, showcasing the luxury vacation‑home portfolio.
• Film, edit and publish high‑quality property walkthrough videos, Reels, TikToks and Stories that highlight amenities and guest experiences.
• Create thematic content around Dubai tourism, short‑stay luxury living, guest testimonials, property reveals and seasonal promotions.
• Write engaging captions and copy tailored to prospective guests, property owners and investors for each platform.
• Interact with the community by responding to DMs, comments and inquiries to drive bookings and brand loyalty.
• Design and execute a direct‑booking strategy, reducing reliance on OTA platforms and funneling traffic to the Arabnb website.
• Set up and manage retargeting campaigns through Meta Business Suite to re‑engage past guests and website visitors.
• Implement basic SEO on property listing pages, blog content and landing pages to improve organic visibility.
• Produce dedicated landing pages and promotional offers to convert social‑media traffic into reservations.

Required profile

• Creative, resourceful and self‑motivated professional.
• Based in Dubai and able to work on‑site full‑time.
• Comfortable filming and editing visual content in a hospitality environment.
• Strong written communication skills for caption and copy creation.
