Social Media Specialist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will lead the creation and management of Arabic‑language content across all major platforms, targeting audiences in the GCC region. The role combines content production, community engagement, and strategic execution to boost brand awareness and online reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce culturally relevant Arabic content that reflects GCC trends and audience expectations.
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community growth.
• Create, edit, and publish posts, captions, scripts, videos, reels, stories, and other platform‑specific formats.
• Monitor daily activity, engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture online relationships.
• Track performance metrics, deliver insights, and recommend improvements for content effectiveness.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices for the GCC market.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and communication standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent writing skills; strong English proficiency is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing, preferably within the GCC.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms.
