Social Media Specialist - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will lead the creation and execution of Arabic‑language content across all major social platforms, targeting audiences in the GCC region. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and maintaining a strong online reputation for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Produce culturally relevant Arabic content that reflects GCC trends and audience preferences.
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies to increase visibility and community growth.
• Create, edit and publish posts, captions, scripts, videos, reels, stories and other platform‑specific formats.
• Monitor daily activity, engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture online relationships.
• Track performance metrics, generate insights and recommend improvements to boost engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, social media trends and best practices for the GCC market.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines and communication standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent writing skills; strong English proficiency is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing, preferably within the GCC.
• Hands‑on experience managing Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Basic proficiency with photo and video editing tools and social media management platforms.
