Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead our digital presence, reinforce corporate branding, and support recruitment marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will create compelling content, promote project updates, and collaborate closely with HR and project teams to communicate effectively across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Develop and publish content for recruitment, employer branding, and project updates.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and drone footage for visual storytelling.
• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Assist with website updates and the creation of marketing collateral.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and propose improvements.
• Partner with HR and project teams to align communication strategies with recruitment and project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong content creation and written communication abilities.
• Experience in the construction sector is preferred.
