Soft Services Supervisor

About the role

The Soft Services Supervisor will develop, coordinate and manage cleaning services, ensuring subcontractor performance meets contractual and internal standards. This role supports quality, safety, and customer service objectives across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor third‑party service provider staff levels and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Conduct audits with service providers, identify shortfalls and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are performed and risks are mitigated.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting in line with company procedures.
• Provide flexible cover for the Soft Services Manager and communicate with clients as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a similar supervisory role and 5 years in a soft services department.
• High school diploma; BICSc or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work shifts covering 24/7 service requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
