Software Development Officer (PHP, Laravel, Yii2)

About the role

Windmills Group, a UAE-based asset valuation, building consulting and management advisory firm founded in 2016, is looking for a Software Development Officer to join its software development team. You will contribute to developing and maintaining high-quality software applications, working alongside experienced developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, efficient PHP applications using Laravel and Yii2.
• Implement new features and fix software defects.
• Collaborate with senior developers and team members, taking part in discussions and problem solving.
• Continuously learn new technologies and improve your development skills.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
