Source Inspection Engineer – Gas Processing & Compression

About the role

KBR is seeking a Source Inspection Engineer to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions team on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on inspection activities for gas processing and compression facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform source inspection for gas processing plants, compression units, and associated pipeline networks.
• Validate construction work against EPC project documents and ADNOC requirements.
• Support multi‑million‑dollar projects by monitoring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate inspection activities for onshore and offshore gas pipeline and NGL pipeline systems.
• Document findings and provide corrective action recommendations for sour‑gas treatment and related utilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of oil & gas experience, including EPC projects.
• Experience on gas pipeline, NGL pipeline, and sour‑gas treatment projects.
• At least 5 years working on onshore and offshore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
