About the role
Join the DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences as a Sous Chef for the All Day Dining outlet. You will lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring every dish reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality and creates memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all kitchen activities for the All Day Dining service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning and execution.
- Ensure a smooth, efficient workflow during service periods.
Required profile
