Spa Operations Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Talise Spa at Jumeirah Zabeer Saray is seeking a dynamic Spa Operations Manager to lead daily operations of one of the Middle East’s most luxurious wellness destinations. Reporting to senior spa leadership, you will ensure that every guest experience reflects the brand’s high‑end standards while driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day spa activities, ensuring facilities meet Jumeirah’s luxury standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate shift patterns, manage staff schedules and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Serve as the primary liaison for dignitaries, VIP and VVIP guests, tailoring their spa journeys and guaranteeing exceptional hospitality.
• Handle guest interactions, special requests, and promptly resolve any concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance spa, fitness and membership programmes, including up‑selling and retail product initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
• Lead training, coaching and mentoring programmes for spa personnel and ensure all colleague documentation is up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing spa or wellness operations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑profile guest experiences and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of staff development and performance management.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety and regulatory requirements for spa facilities.
