Spa Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Spa Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our luxury resort spa in Dubai. You will ensure a seamless guest experience across reception, treatment rooms, wellness facilities and retail areas while upholding the brand’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa areas including reception, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, pool, fitness facilities and retail spaces.
• Lead, motivate and schedule a team of therapists, receptionists and attendants, ensuring adequate coverage during peak and off‑peak periods.
• Conduct daily briefings, on‑the‑job training and performance evaluations for spa staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints promptly, escalating to the Spa Manager when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards in line with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of spa products, amenities and equipment, coordinating with suppliers and procurement.
• Support revenue targets through upselling of treatments, packages and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, treatments, staff attendance and revenue using the spa management system.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a spa environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa, preferably in a large‑scale operation.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian or French are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spa software/booking systems.
