Spanish Speaking Demi Chef De Partie for Award Winning Restaurants

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Demi Chef De Partie to join an award‑winning, up‑market Western style restaurant group in Dubai. You will support the executive and sous chefs in preparing high‑quality dishes and maintaining kitchen stations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team and ensure timely, simultaneous service.
• Follow executive or sous chef instructions, maintain cleanliness, and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory appropriately and comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven cooking experience as a Demi Chef De Partie, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and a culinary school diploma.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Station setup and inventory management.

What we offer

• Basic monthly salary AED 2,800‑3,600 (depending on experience).
• Food allowance AED 375, service charge allowance AED 250‑450, credit‑card tips AED 600, cash tips.
