About the role
The Spare‑parts Procurement Specialist will manage the forecasting, ordering, and logistics of automotive spare parts for CHANGAN's operations in the United Arab Emirates. This role ensures timely supply and efficient inventory management to support dealers and service centers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly demand forecasts for spare parts in the UAE.
- Create, submit, and track purchase orders for spare parts.
- Monitor supply progress, coordinate emergency deliveries, and manage export shipping from China.
- Handle international logistics and respond to ETA inquiries for back‑order (BO) items.
- Oversee dealer inventory, monitor orders, and implement monthly plan management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in automotive spare parts or international trade.
- Strong cross‑departmental communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Resilient under pressure with a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
