Specialist Endpoint Security

About the role

The Specialist Endpoint Security will protect the organization’s endpoint estate by operating security controls, monitoring and investigating EDR/XDR detections, and supporting containment and remediation of cyber threats across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate alerts from Trend Micro AV/XDR, Deep Discovery Inspector, TippingPoint IPS, Forcepoint and Netskope, correlating them with network, cloud and identity telemetry.
• Administer endpoint security agents and policies, ensuring health, updates, tamper protection and proper coverage of all endpoint types.
• Execute containment actions such as host isolation, process termination, file quarantine and privileged‑account suspension under SOC/IR guidance.
• Assess endpoint compliance with security baselines, encryption, host firewall and application/device control policies, and coordinate vulnerability remediation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in endpoint security operations, SOC or related cybersecurity roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SC‑200, MD‑102, Trend Micro or CyberArk product certifications; ITIL Foundation is a plus.
