Specialist Fraud Management (Emiratized Role)

About the role

The Specialist Fraud Management role is responsible for managing and supporting Etisalat's fraud management policy and control framework, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, mitigation, and prevention of fraud across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze system-generated alerts and reports to identify suspicious activities and potential fraud incidents.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize fraud detection systems and tools for timely detection.
• Conduct regular system health checks, performance reviews, and ensure system integrity.
• Coordinate with IT and vendor teams for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement new rules, algorithms, and parameters to adapt to emerging fraud patterns.
• Support the management and maintenance of the Fraud Management policy framework.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate fraud risks and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and present dashboards and reports to management.
• Support innovative initiatives such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in fraud management.
• Maintain relationships with external parties, including the Telecom Regulator and law enforcement authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in the telecom sector.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
