Specialist Hemato‑Oncologist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Specialist Hemato‑Oncologist to join a leading hospital in Dubai, providing expert care for hematologic disorders and solid‑tumor oncology within a multidisciplinary cancer care framework.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with hematologic diseases and oncology conditions.
• Oversee chemotherapy planning, administration and follow‑up for both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Interpret bone marrow biopsies, flow cytometry and other hematologic investigations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinate care with pathology, radiology, surgery and radiation oncology.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and patient‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Specialist qualification in Hematology/Medical Oncology (American Board, Canadian FRCSC, CCT UK, CESR or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑specialist experience, preferably managing both benign and malignant hematologic conditions.
• Eligibility for DHA Specialist License and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
