About the role
We are seeking a motivated Specialist Internal Auditor to join our team in the UAE. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of audit and risk management engagements while developing your internal audit career.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of audit strategy and annual planning.
- Coordinate with operational stakeholders and define audit scope.
- Prepare audit programs, execute fieldwork, and perform control testing.
- Identify findings, analyze root causes, and draft audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with audit methodology, IIA standards, and quality assurance.
- Supervise junior team members and follow up on management action plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience; audit or Big Four background is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
- Interest in building a career in internal audit.
