Specialist Orthodontist – Premium Dental Hospital

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a highly qualified Specialist Orthodontist to join a premium dental hospital in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive orthodontic care across paediatric, adolescent and adult patients while ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage malocclusions, dental misalignment and dentofacial irregularities.
• Conduct thorough orthodontic assessments using clinical examinations, impressions or digital scans, photographs and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using fixed braces, clear aligners and other orthodontic appliances.
• Coordinate complex cases with other dental specialists and monitor treatment progress.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care and treatment compliance.

Required profile

• American Board Certification or recognised specialist qualification in Orthodontics.
• Post‑graduate specialist training and substantial clinical experience in orthodontics.
• Eligibility for Specialist Orthodontist licensing with the Dubai Health Authority.
• Strong diagnostic, treatment‑planning and clinical decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with fixed orthodontic appliances.
• Experience in clear aligner therapy.
• Ability to perform digital orthodontic imaging and scans.
