Speech Pathologist

About the role

Mediclinic Al Madar in Al Ain is recruiting one Speech Pathologist to provide effective speech pathology services to patients in line with professional clinical and company standards. The position offers advanced specialised speech therapy assessments and treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced specialised speech therapy assessments and treatments to patients
• Support team members with professional guidance and coordinate services to ensure an optimal patient experience
• Support and give input into departmental quality improvement, risk and governance programmes
• Manage patient experience processes for the department in line with company standards

Required profile

• A relevant B.Sc degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least 4 years of postgraduate experience as a Speech Therapist
• Current and valid BLS certification
• Postgraduate training is an advantage

Required skills

• Knowledge of patient experience standards
• Team leadership skills
• Understanding of the UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
