Staff AI ML Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Staff AI/ML Engineer to help shape Tetrix’s AI‑native platform that turns unstructured private‑market data into real‑time insights. The role is hybrid, combining hands‑on development with collaboration across product, data and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑driven web‑scraping agents and data‑extraction pipelines.
• Build, evaluate and deploy production‑grade LLM‑based systems, agents and evaluation frameworks.
• Deliver accurate, auditable insights that reduce manual effort for institutional investors.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure reliability and scalability of AI features.

Required profile

• Proactive, hands‑on problem solver with a customer‑first mindset.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, recent focus on production AI/ML systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast‑moving startup environment.
